Shipping

• Shipping charges are inclusive with the price mentioned on each item’s page.
• Since we envision to be a zero-wasting and ethical fashion brand, each ordered item will take approximately 10 days to be shipped out. 
• International shipping will be subject to additional charges for delivery of the same. The details of these charges will be provided on the payment page for the selected products. 
• On placing an order, you will receive two text messages from us – the first, confirming successful placement of the order, and the second when the product has been shipped. You will also receive an email from us intimating you of the placement of the order and confirming the same.

Returns and exchanges

• Return requests are applicable only on receipt of a defective product from us, or in case of delivery of a wrong item, that is, a different item from the one which you had ordered. 
• Our return policy prohibits returns in case of an issue regarding the size, colour or fitting of an ordered item. We request you to check the size chart and the item page diligently before placing an order.
• When placing a return request, we require that you provide us with photos of the defective item. We reserve discretion regarding the return requests.
• Return requests will be considered in case of defects and damages like trims, defective fabric, small holes or rust or burnt fabric, damaged embellishments, incorrect design or product. The same will be considered and inspected by us, and on repair, delivery will be made to the designated location within 15 days after we receive it.
• A return request may be initiated by you within 5 days of receipt of the ordered item. We will not entertain any requests after the 5 day period.
• In case you notice any damage to the product packaging on delivery, kindly notify us about the same within 48 hours of the delivery. No requests regarding product packaging damage or defects will be entertained beyond the specified time limit.
• If a return request is accepted by us, you will either be provided with a refund, or you may order another item from our wide variety of garments. The same will be communicated with you on acceptance of a return request.
• Note: Exchanges are applicable only on items of equal monetary value or more.
• The cost of sending the item to be returned shall be borne by the customer. Iti dor will only bear the expenses of the transaction after repair of the item.
